We ship out within 48 hours on average. You should receive your package in the continental US or Canada within 7 business days of shipment.
Cost
Shipping orders from The MCAT Store is $5 US per item to the continental US and Canada. For orders of $100 or more, shipping is free to the continental US and Canada The cost of shipping orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated based on the weight of your order. Orders through our affiliates Amazon.com and eBay are different and are not covered by our shipping policies. Please see below for International Orders.

We guarantee products shipped directly from The MCAT Store only (please inquire from our affiliates such as Amazon.com and eBay since they have separate policies). We guarantee that we have, to the best of our abilities, determined the accuracy of the information presented in our listings. There is no money back guarantee for GAMSAT products.
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: orders for books or materials in quantities of 10 or more as well as any GAMSAT products. CDs, DVDs, other electronic media or new books containing software that have been opened are also not returnable. Any expenses that we have incurred relating to paid and/or "free" packing and/or shipping of your product as well as any temporary, "free," and/or paid online access is not refundable and will thus be charged at prevailing rates. For orders shipped through our express service, we dispatch within 48 hours on average. You should receive your package in the continental US or Canada within 1 business day of shipment after your order dispatch. Please refer to the Express shipping cost calculator below to compute the exact cost of shipping your item(s) and to purchase Express shipping.
Unopened CDs or DVDs (still in their plastic wrap) are returnable within 30 days of shipment. We do not refund the cost of shipping.
International
Orders
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. The total shipping and handling cost will automatically be calculated upon entering your shipping address and added to your total order amount before check-out and payment. If you have any questions about international shipping, please e-mail us at shipping@mcat-bookstore.com International orders are dispatched on average within 48 hours. You should receive your package within 10 business days of dispatch.
As a free bonus to our international clients, we will provide free temporary online access to your videos from The MCAT Store while you await your shipment.
